Reindolf is an early career researcher in procurement and supply chain management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from the University of Cape Coast and currently pursuing a master’s degree in same discipline. He combines academic excellence with hands-on experience in sustainable procurement and supplier-buyer relationship management. His practical and research-based approach to procurement enables him to design and support systems that enhance value for money, strengthen supply chain efficiency, and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Reindolf has contributed to multiple high-impact projects and academic studies exploring competitive tendering, sustainable sourcing, and circular economy practices, underscoring his ability to connect innovation with operational execution. In his role as the Director of Supply Chain and Sustainability, Reindolf brings on board a wealth of sustainability-driven operations, aimed at achieving Yubec’s vision.
